I wanted to create a site to show that you can achieve your weight loss goals.  All images are below.  These people here are proof of that with some work and discipline you can achieve your goal.  Just take a look at what they accomplished.  Now set your goal and get to work.  You can do it too!

One other note.  I found all these images on Google.  I am assuming that they are part of public domain.  If you are the owning of a image and would like it removed please send me an e-mail through the contact page and I will remove it.

As a common courtesy, I place links at the bottom of the page back to the sites I got the images from to show my appreciation.
